Troop 118 has been part of Davie since 1958, chartered at Community Church of Davie. Generations of local kids learned to camp, cook, lead, and serve here. Today we're a Family Troop — boys and girls, one unit — carrying the same program forward.
Youth-led, on purpose
Scouting is youth-led. Our Scouts elect a Senior Patrol Leader, plan the year's adventures, and run their own meetings. Adults train, coach, and keep everyone safe — the Scouts do the rest. It's how kids learn judgment: by using it.
Who leads Troop 118
Troop 118 is led by parent volunteers who've been where you are. Every registered adult is background-checked and Youth Protection trained.
